Hello bird-beings,

It’s September already! Where did the summer go? I hope everyone got a chance to walk on the beach, hike on a mountain, cook on the barbecue, sit on the deck, hang out with friends, read a trashy novel, sleep in a tent, watch a meteor shower, play the ukulele, go for bike rides, meet some new people, go to an art show, stroll on the boardwalk, watch a fireworks show, and visit a zoo. I know I did!

Anyway, I just wanted to announce that season two of birdbee starts Friday, September 10. Watch for a new birdbee drawing every Friday. I hope you will continue to follow birdbee’s non-adventures and remember to invite a friend or two.

Hello birdbeeings!

Summer in my part of the world is too short and too busy! So as of today birdbee is officially on vacation until September. There will, however, be a few new posts over the next month and a half. The easiest way to make sure you don’t miss anything is to subscribe (see the subscribe button at the bottom of the sidebar), or join the birdbee Facebook group.

If you are new to the birdbee blog, please check out the archives. There are now fifty birdbee drawings just waiting for your comments and ratings.

I will be writing and sketching during the summer break so that I will have fresh material to work with in the fall.
